I am running for the Whitley County School Board because I believe every child deserves access to a strong, high-quality education and every family deserves to be respected as a valued partner in that process. Our schools play a vital role in shaping the future of our students, our community, and the generations that will follow.
As a parent and community member, I believe successful schools are built on trust, transparency, accountability, and meaningful collaboration between families, educators, and school leadership. My commitment to Integrity in Action means promoting open communication, responsible decision-making, and a culture where parents, students, teachers, and community members feel heard and respected.
I am passionate about strengthening the relationship between our schools and the community they serve. I support creating safe and enriching learning environments, supporting our educators, practicing fiscal responsibility, and ensuring that decisions are made with students' best interests at the center.
